Metal Roofing
bet on durability and modern design
Metal is a light material that does not strain the structure of the roof. It is fireproof, weatherproof and blends in perfectly with a solar standing seam. Metal roofing belongs to the mid-priced class and serves well in both new and old buildings. Metal roofing looks great on houses with brick or stucco walls. Here at Total R&S Inc. we give all our metal roofs a 50-year warranty.
Tile Roofing
bet on tradition and originality
If your home just seems mediocre but you can afford a new first class roof; choose from one of the three most refined roofing styles. Tile roofing will guarantee that your home is going to draw attention of every passer-by.
About this roofing style
This kind of roof is popular in Europe. It is practical and very effective (fire and weatherproof). Because the material is very heavy, we will have to be sure that the structure of your roof is strong enough to support the materials. This roof is most often used on restaurants, shops and resorts. It looks best with stucco walls. Tile roofs are a bit expensive and installation takes time. Covering 20 square foot takes ten to fifteen working days.

About this roofing style
A slate roof is very traditional and “one of a kind” in style. The material is very heavy, and the structure of the roof will need to be reinforced. Slate roofs have numerous advantages (fireproof, long-lasting, and weatherproof) and have a 100-year warranty. This roof looks great on old historical buildings as well as modern structures. For the best effect it can be combined with brick, stone or stucco walls. Slate roofs are more expensive than typical roofing materials and take time install.

About this roofing style
This roof type combines originality with natural look. The material is very warm, ecological and light. It does not require the structure of the roof to be very strong. In addition – it resists UV rays very well. Cedar looks best on steep roofs with copper finish and wooden siding or stucco with wooden additions.
TORCH DOWN, SBS RUBBER
are two traditional water protection systems. They are perfect for small roofing areas.
EPDM, TPO
are two modern roofing systems based on glue. They work great for large roofing areas and are light and aesthetic. We use two kinds of materials: Verisco and Emule.
Low Slope Roof
A beautiful roof that will last for years
A flat roof is the most cost-efficient roof shape which enables room space to be used most effectively. (below and above the roof) This roof type also allows easier installation and placement of solar panels. This new space may also be used for outdoor recreation such as a roof garden. Applying a tough waterproofing membrane forms the ideal substrate for green roof planting schemes. Our company offers two systems for low slope roofs:
